If you work in marketing, you've probably been told your industry is over at least three times this year. It feels like every week brings new tools and bold claims - some of it will change how you work, most of it won't, and it's hard to tell what's what.
Working out what actually matters has become a job in itself. The AI in Marketing Map is like a colleague who reads everything, and only taps you on the shoulder when something deserves your time.
Each month, we arm a team of research agents (yes, we use AI) to collate news, research, announcements, and developments in consumer behaviour. We then have human experts identify the most important themes and trends, and say what it all means.
The bar for getting on the map is simple: would a marketing leader do something differently because of it? So shiny demos, unfounded claims, and promises with no customers rarely make the cut.
Everything here is yours to take, share, and steal (we've made it easy with the slide download feature). Spotted something wrong? Drop an email to psst@teybannerman.com.

'At scale' marks the point a development moved past pilots and announcements into everyday use by a meaningful number of businesses or customers. It is an editorial judgement, reviewed for each story and shift every month.
